Who provides medical care?
All medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, prescribing decisions, and ongoing clinical care are determined independently by appropriately licensed healthcare professionals in Heally's connected provider network — not by Centurion Covenant Wellness or its founder.
Is treatment guaranteed?
No. Treatment eligibility, approval, and outcomes are determined solely by a licensed provider following an evaluation, and are never guaranteed by price or by simply requesting a service.
How do I get started?

Where do I complete my medical intake?
Medical intake is completed securely through Heally's platform, not on this website. This Shopify site is for education and marketing only and does not collect medical information or payment for medical services.
How are prescriptions handled when medically appropriate?
If a licensed provider determines a prescription is medically appropriate, prescribing is handled independently by that provider through Heally's network. Centurion Covenant Wellness does not manufacture, compound, dispense, or directly sell prescription medications.
How are medications fulfilled and shipped?
