Centurion Covenant Wellness was created with a simple mission: help people take a more proactive approach to their health, performance, recovery, and longevity.
Founded by veteran aviator Shannon Cruz and his wife, Marialle Cruz, Centurion Covenant Wellness was shaped by their shared commitment to faith, family, service, better health, and lifelong fitness.
Shannon's extensive military Special Operations background included service as a Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) and Military Free Fall Instructor, working alongside Special Operations and Special Forces organizations in demanding environments where preparation, discipline, resilience, leadership, accountability, and service were essential. That same mindset is the foundation for Performance, Recovery, and Longevity, the principles Centurion Covenant Wellness is built around.
This background reflects Shannon's own military and aviation experience, not medical training or a clinical credential. All medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment decisions are made independently by Centurion Covenant Wellness's connected licensed healthcare providers.
